Community Marketing Manager

We are looking for a self motivated Community Marketing Manager who wants to have a key role in building a strong brand and taking our Ukrainian community of developers to the next level.
Developers Shore is a premium community for developers in Ukraine. We are a Swedish-Ukrainian company and our goal is to offer the most interesting assignments with Swedish and Nordic customers for our community members. We want to be the main meeting place for the best developers to network and develop in their roles and as individuals.
As a Community and Marketing Manager you will have an operative role and be responsible for planning and executing activities to build our Ukrainian Developer Community and general brand awareness among developers in Ukraine.
Your areas of responsibility and main activities:
Responsible for our marketing plan
Plan, organize and execute online events such as webinars by finding speakers and inviting attendees etc.
Communicate with our members to engage them in our community
Create and post digital content for our channels (LinkedIn, Slack, Facebook etc)
Responsible for content and updates of our website.
Manage digital campaigns and work with marketing tools for email marketing (mailchimp), google ads, FB ads manager, linkedin marketing solution etc.
Build brand awareness among developers in Ukraine
Plan, organize and execute community events


Requirements for the role
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience from Digital marketing and/or event planning
Experience from IT-sector in Ukraine
Fluent in english and Ukrainian
