The Community Strategist is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns designed to recruit and engage respondents for market research studies, specifically within French speaking healthcare markets. You will work to execute the panel-facing marketing strategy, focusing on maintaining the quality of the M3 Global Research panel, and build strong relationships with the panel members through timely and professional communication and customer service.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 

• Work closely with the EU Panel Manager to deliver the M3 panel’s strategic marketing goals for the region, and globally
• Execute multichannel marketing campaigns for French speaking markets, designed to recruit new market research respondents, including email, paid advertising, referral programs, and social media
• Contribute to French language content creation and copywriting across all panel member touchpoints including email, blog, social media posts, company website, and print collateral
• Ensure that M3 Global Research branding, editorial, and marketing guidelines are followed across all communications, working closely with the marketing department to ensure consistency in branding and messaging
• Responsible for the ongoing evaluation and analysis of live campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation
• Ensure deadlines are met, working within agreed timelines for all panel marketing activities
• Manage social media and paid advertising channel initiatives for panel recruitment, ensuring best practices are observed and programs are optimised to maximise ROI
• Provide high quality customer support to panel members, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Respond to enquiries in native language, within agreed timelines, and following M3 processes
• Champion, and advocate for, quality in the panel, ensuring that processes for the verification and validation of panelists are executed using appropriate tools and protocols
Experience, skills and qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing
• Native Nordic Language speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English, and demonstrable knowledge of English grammar
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience of CRMs, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms
• Experience of Adobe Creative Suite preferred, but not required, however, an understanding of graphic design and being able to effectively brief the in-house designer is important
• Prior experience of building email marketing automation workflows and knowledge of email marketing best practices
• A strong analytical thinker, with exceptional problem-solving skills, they excel at applying desk research and campaign data to inform their campaigns and approaches to the target market
• Interest in, or previous experience of marketing in the healthcare space is desirable
• The successful candidate will be self-motivated and driven, with a passion for excellence. They take ownership of their deliverables and are accountable for their actions
• Excellent time management skills, and work independently and proactively to deliver their goals
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any other relevant field
