Compensation & Benefits Specialist

As part of our current restructuring of our European business we have identified the need to further strengthen our Compensation & Benefits work. We are now looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to take on the responsibilities for the European part of our business - providing consultation, analysis, and solutions on our compensation elements to HR and line management. This is a new position and will be located in Helsingborg.

Main areas of responsibilities are:

Annual variable pay design and delivery
Drive and manage annual Bonus Review
Collaborate with external payroll providers for our European entities
Investigate and project management of a new structure for salary administration system across Europe
Create , validate, & maintain European salary structures
Manage remuneration policies e.g. company car, travel etc
On an ad-hoc basis provide individual tax and pension clarifications and calculations
Internal Headcount calibration and reporting
Manage data submission and/information requests related to internal/external audit requirements
Upon request, provide Corporate with various analyses (e.g. internal pay practice, voluntary turnover rates, effectiveness of C&B programs)
Be the main point of contact between HR and Finance
Budget pre-work and follow up
Manage our job grading system and be responsible for the grading evaluations
Expatriate management
Project management of initiatives from the global C&B agenda

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or equivalent.
The position requires a minimum of 3-4 years of compensation and benefits work or directly related experience, most likely in a HR or Finance department, as a HR Specialist or Controller.
Experience using Mercer and/or Hay evaluation systems & surveys.

You have a good knowledge of trends and developments in compensation, and preferably experience from working in an international corporation. Financial knowledge is required, as well as demonstrated technical abilities and project management skills. Furthermore, you need strong computer skills in Excel. English language, both verbal and written, are a prerequisite for this position.

You are a confident self-starter, with an analytical and operational approach. You work effectively and have good communication skills. You are passionate about the compensation and benefit area and are not afraid to dig into details.
Experience from working in Movex would be an advantage.

Temporary employment 18 months.
