Compliance Officer

We are looking for a senior Compliance Officer with experience from working in an international environment, preferably within investment management or investment banking from a major institution. Your competence lies within regulatory advisory, analysis and strategic development based on new and upcoming regulations. You would be responsible for both the internal compliance function, as well as supporting in investment related compliance matters. Full time or part time.
Required experience:
At least 10 years of experience from regulatory advisory either as a consultant or working at a financial institution
Working across second and first line compliance, with experience from monitoring, analysing, advising on regulatory changes as well as implementing new business procedures in relation to that
Concrete experience from working across e.g. AML, KYC, PSD2, GDPR as well as other specific banking regulation across the Nordic markets and, preferably, Europe
Management experience, and experience from building and developing teams
Preferably experience from working with the AIFM directives in the EU
Preferably experience from working as a compliance consultant in an international business environment
