Your mission at Sitoo
As a Compliance Specialist at Sitoo, you will have an impactful position in a small and agile team. Together with the Compliance team, you will do everything from monitoring regulations, to collaborating with our Tech & Product department to make sure we can continue to scale globally while being compliant. What you will do

- Monitor regulations/legislation changes

- Conduct market study to elicit the legal requirements prevalent in the market for New Market Entries

- Translate legal requirements into product backlogs

- Help develop, implement and run operational processes and end-to-end controls to ensure that the product comply with laws and regulations

- Help address compliance issues as they arise, including cross-functional coordination on mitigation strategy and remediation steps.

- Facilitate audits of products and ensure compliance and certification of products in certain markets

- Work with internal collaborators to document processes, detailed legal requirements and any other documents required by the law

What you’ll bring to the table

- Experience in supporting and delivering successful compliance projects

- Experience in requirement gathering and management

- Experience in documentation of processes and procedures

- Knowledge of experience working in heavily regulated software or software as a service industry

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

- A background in software development or testing

- Experience working in compliance of POS and other retail product
