Join us as a Configuration Manager for the Onboard Platform team in Stockholm, Sweden.

Purpose of the role
The Onboard Platform is the base of hardware components together with the vital software used for urban and mainline signalling used for rail control solutions.
You will manage configuration item versioning, baselining, releases, and deliveries in a continuous integration/ continuous delivery (CI/ CD) environment. You shall ensure that configuration and change management processes and principles are adopted across the organization. You will contribute to further developing existing processes and automation solutions, retrieving KPIs, and migrating from legacy environments.

Your responsibilities:
Change and Configuration management
Change & Configuration processes compliance
Configuration changes in products and sub-components
Product documentation governance
Completing the releases


Your qualifications:
Experience in Change Management or Business Process Analysis and Product Lifecycle
General hardware knowledge (computers, network devices, server cabinets components, etc.)
Experience with IBM Rational - CM Synergy & Change Synergy, Hydra, DOORS, RTC
Extensive documentation experience (document quality, references) is desirable
Very good knowledge of English
Hands-on mentality, drive for efficiency
Excellent interpersonal skills - communication, teamwork, flexibility
