Role The main objective is to develop competitive (performance, cost, quality) modules for repeater solutions.The person holding this role shall work on current and new generation repeater projects in the whole development chain.Management and maintenance of released products will be an ongoing task.This role requires some travelling but will be mainly based in our offices in Sweden, Sundbyberg. Our designers and engineers are challenged with finding smart ways to combine tough technical requirements in flexible products for volume production with demands on cost and short lead-times.Our products consist of RF, electronics, mechanics, digital FPGA and software. Key responsibilities ?Manage the Change Control Board (CCB) along with full responsibility and control of the Change Control Process.?Manage and maintain all PDM information (BOMs, documentation) together with the engineering team and development projects.?Review the Sales orders and Systems Release of the order lines in IFS.?R&D representation in the weekly Order Review meetings.?Manage, Plan & Organise all product files in the different systems. Essential Experience ?Experience in CM in technology development ?Experience in the quality tooling ?Experience in MRP system Skills/Qualifications ?Master of science in electrical engineering or equivalent.?Structured and self-motivated and have good social skills.?Proven experience from both hardware and systems projects.?Knowledge of both the Development Process and Manufacturing Process.?Knowledge of Configuration Management (CM) and Quality Assurance (QA) as well as design methodology within telecom projects.?Working knowledge of IFS and Q-pulse.?Good communication skills, proven ability to work in project teams and sharing knowledge. Person ?Strong teamwork and a positive attitude is a must ?Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.?Confidence to work independently.
