Main responsibilities and objectives
The Construction Architect is responsible for creating designs for new building and projects.


Responsibilities
The Construction Architect shall ensure that the following tasks are performed in accordance with the internal and external requirements applicable for Vixmodule AB factory in Rosersberg:

· Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
· Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s (Development Dept.) needs, building’s usage and environmental impact.
· Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
· Compile project specifications.
· Keep within budgets and timelines.
· Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
· Check on project status and report on project.
· Cooperate and liaise with operating and

Skills
The Construction Architect should have the following competences and qualifications:

· Proven experience in a relevant role.
· Excellent design, drafting and construction calculation skills.
· High level of creativity and imagination.
· Proficiency with computer-aided design (AUTOCAD, Sketchup and VRAY) and engineering software
· Working knowledge of different types of design software.
· Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills
· Strong teamwork and leadership skills
· Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
