Construction project manager
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the employee will be responsible for:
- Assisting Project Managers during the development phase of the projects by providing
experiences and feedback from construction perspective;
- Studying and creating cartographic and graphic documents;
- Checking and adapting AutoCAD and 3D design drawings for projects in the development phase;
- Creating AutoCAD and 3D design plans for projects in the construction phase;
- Drawing up and updating project schedules in preparation and during the construction
phase;
- Assisting in the drafting of EPC contracts and related appendices;
- Drafting and updating of subcontracting and supply agreements;
- Drafting and updating of the General Technical Specifications (GTS) and Special Technical
Specifications (STS) for projects ready to be built;
- Representing the construction department and assisting in setting up IT tools at H2air Group level;
- Assisting in setting up project management IT tools at construction department level;
- Assisting in the drafting documents related to the ISO 9001 and 14001 certification;
- Assisting in the organization of internal meetings and events for the construction department.
