About the Strategic Programs Practice (SPP)
SPP is Ericsson’s internal management consultancy. We work closely with Ericsson’s Executive Team to deliver break-through impact through engagements on strategy, organization, corporate finance, sales, operations, and change. We are based in Stockholm but serve Ericsson globally.


What you will do
Contribute in SPP projects as analyst, SME and driver of project work streams.
Formulate actionable problem statements from open-ended business issues and design required analysis.
Carry out data gathering and interviews, execute analyses and synthesize findings to conclusions and recommendations.
Manage and coordinate client teams to achieve work stream objectives.
Leverage experience from top consulting firm and/or from relevant work for Ericsson top management.
Contributes to SPP operational development and develops more junior team members.
Develop skills for future management roles at Ericsson.



You will bring
Two-three years experience from top management consulting firm and/or from strategy consulting projects for Ericsson top management.
Proven track record of managing and coordinating client teams and driving project workstreams to achieve work stream objectives under significant time pressure.
