About the Role
As a Consultant Acquisition Specialist at our client, you will manage the administrative process of consultant procurement, from initial requests to contract generation and onboarding/offboarding. You will support hiring managers, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring managers with system and process-related queries throughout the consultant hiring lifecycle.
• Administer consultant requests and contract updates for a seamless process.
• Contribute to improvements in procurement systems, processes, and policies.
• Ensure cost-consciousness in all consultant procurement processes.
• Manage and update contract documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Administer consultant contracts in ServiceNow, including updates, renewals, and terminations.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in consultant procurement, HR administration, or a similar field.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar procurement/HR systems is a plus.
