We are looking for a Commercial Specialist to the Business Tech Consultant Procurement team within the Commercial function of an international company in Stockholm. Start ASAP - 1 year contract to begin with.


Consultant procurement is an important and challenging work. You will work closely with internal customers and vendors to find the best result to make win-win for all parties involved.


You will be a part of a small team in a continuously changing organization. The team’s main responsibilities include procure external expertise from our vendors, contract management, negotiations and supporting Business tech organization in the purchasing process.
We deliver as a team and collaborate seamlessly in all cases.
Consultant procurement administration is a big part of your daily job and you need to enjoy that. You work with different systems in parallel, and you have a structured way of working also in a high pace.

In your role it is important to be service-minded and to maintain several contacts on multiple levels, working with parallel assignments and expand your business skills and build long-term relationships.
Your will start working with operational tasks and gradually advance to include more complex and strategic procurement cases.

Main responsibilities:
• Support H&M Business Tech organization with consultant procurement
• Procurement administration
• Negotiations
• Vendor relationships

Knowledge and skill requirements:
• Procurement experience
• Admin skills with an eye for details
• Negotiation experience
• MS Office 365

Beneficial requriements:
• ServiceNow experience
• Procurement of Consultant Services and experience with business law

Personal skills:
• Administratively strong
• Great communication skills and pedagogic
• Flexible and prestigeless
• Strong personal drive and motivation
• Ability to work well in teams and individually
• Ability to take responsibility, work proactively

Language:
• Excellent in English and Swedish, both in written and spoken

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Stockholm, 1 year contract to begin with. Start ASAP!
