We are searching for a Consumer Insight Analyst for Sweden (50%) and the Netherlands (50%) to our EU Chocolate Consumer Insight Department.The position is based in at our Swedish head office in Upplands Väsby and will require two trips to our Dutch office in Amsterdam per month. Areas of responsibility: - Supporting the chocolate marketing teams with consumer insights and market trends in the strategic brand management process - Monitoring and reporting AC Nielsen market data and GfK household panel data for Chocolate in Sweden and Netherlands - Carry out consumer research within the chocolate category in Sweden and Netherlands Academic background: Bachelor of Science in Business administration preferably with Marketing or Consumer behaviour as speciality Work related experience 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience (working with AC Nielsen data, GfK consumer panel data, and setting up and carrying out ad hoc consumer research) .Personality The person we are looking for displays a genuine interest for consumer behaviour, analyses and strategic work.You have strong analytic skills and can process large amounts of data to a manageable quantity.You display strong self drive and as you will be working as an internal consultant you need to have strong interpersonal skills, being service minded and display high level of integrity. You are fluent in English both written and spoken, knowledge of Dutch is qualifying but not necessary as our corporate language is English.
