MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

We are currently looking for a Consumer & Market Insights Analyst to work 50% to our customer Samsung! This is a   consultancy opportunity , a contract starting ASAP until April 2022 with the possibility for an extension.

Job Description: Supporting the CMI team in various projects and tasks to be managed across the product categories/divisions and the Nordic markets. 
Integrate market and consumer insights from different data sources to develop user friendly reports and to provide a holistic view of Nordic consumers in order to understand the consumers behavior and attitudes.
Defining key business questions to guide SENA business in how to win in the market, both short and long term (hypothesis driven analytics).
Drive business questions by translating primary and secondary data into actionable insights to lead consumer centric development within and across the Samsung divisions.
Provide metrics and KPI's to drive understanding of the market and brand within the categories and cross category.
Inspire stakeholders to become interested in using data in their own roles. 
Key Accountabilities: 

Data visualization, data modelling and story-telling through integration of information sources to make data to insights that drive business value. 
Back up for CMI team servicing ad-hoc data needs from existing data dashboards, raw data and research reports to various stakeholders.
Ensuring that the content shared with the business is accurate and of high quality. 
Analyzing and improving our reporting portfolio and tools. 
Project management, incuding planning and timing of ad-hoc consumer research, both qualitative and quantitative, conducted with both external agencies and internal resources. 
Stakeholder management, including scope setting, joint planning, execution and delivering of actionable insights. 
Example of consumer research can include but are not limited to: 
- Designing questionnaires and setting up in-house research through i.e. database and using external survey tools.
- Conducting internal or external panel research. 
- Other Ad-hoc research. 
Required Qualifications & Experience:   A university degree in an analytical field e.g. statistics, mathematics, science or equivalent. 
5 years of experience from working with data driven insights. Preferable professional work experience from a marketing research agency site with hands-on data analytics and visualization creating reports, working with hypothesis and designing questionnaires. 
Experience of working with both qualitative and quantitative data from an insight prespective. 
Skills & Attributes:   Structured team player with multitasking capabilities. 
Passion to data, self-driven, service minded and positive. 
Dynamic and enjoy working in an environment where changing priorities are part of everyday life.
Skills in Power BI, SPSS, Tableu to create striking visualizations. 
Experience from some survey tools (e.g. Medallia, Qualitrics).
Advanced MS Office knowledge.
Genuine interest in people to understand underlying behaviors.
Innovative and creative with an ability to go from idea to implementation.
Interest in tech and willingness to learn new things.
Fluent in English.
