Content Lead
As Content Lead at Lynk & Co, you will manage the end-to-end production of all brands creative outputs, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across all platforms. You will oversee production planning, budgeting, and execution while managing a network of external partners and agencies. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of content, from production through delivery and asset management.
What you'll do

Lead full-cycle creative production planning and execution


Define project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements


Manage production budgets, including estimates, tracking, and reconciliation


Manage external production partners, agencies, and freelancers


Negotiate contracts, licenses, and usage rights


Ensure quality control across all formats and channels


Manage production issues efficiently, minimizing delays


Oversee delivery, filing, and organization of all content assets


Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships


What you should have

5–7 years of experience in creative or marketing production


Strong budgeting and vendor negotiation skills


Proven track record of managing multi-platform campaigns


Experience working with external production agencies and workflows


Proficiency in production tools and asset management systems


Fluency in Swedish is plus
