Car Service Business is a unit within Volvo Cars that works with creating a user-friendly owner experience around current and future cars in Volvo’s portfolio.

We are now strengthening the team with one Content Manager in Gothenburg/Sweden.
This is a senior full-time position where we operate from our offices in Torslanda.

Scope
We are looking for a qualified Content Manager to join our team. 
You will be responsible for the full information lifecycle for a car program by coordinating, creating, improving, and maintaining content where our products are described for our end consumers. Our distribution channels are many and we are not afraid of expanding these even further! 

What you’ll do
•    Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure successful project deliveries.
•    Monitor and track project progress, risks, and issues, and develop solutions to address them.
•    Support Content Managers in prioritizing the right activities based on the critical level and secure that deliveries are done in time with high quality.
•    Lead the PI planning.
•    Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
•    Work close with content writers and translators to create and publish engaging content.
•    Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to optimize team of Content Managers performance and ensure content excellence.
•    Develop and lead sharing ceremonies/lessons learned/best-practices within team of Content Managers.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable project management skills.

As a Content Manager, you are used to perform towards deadlines and are detail oriented. 

Competence and skills are important, but personality is key, hence you have a high drive with a positive attitude and like working with others to reach common goals. You are curious and have the desire to continuously search for new knowledge and areas to develop.
You are proactive with the ability to identify, analyze and drive improvement needs.
You are result driven and structured in your approach with good cross-functional working skills.
