Intro and job overview:


Nordic Web Team is an e-commerce agency that aims at transforming e-commerce for tomorrow! We are experts in ​​crafting e-commerce solutions for our clients from consulting, strategy, training, development, and management. Junipeer.io is a sister company of the agency which is an integration-platform. You will be working alongside one of the founders and sales in order to get to the next level and scale these companies.


This open position will be focusing on content creation for both companies. In order to excel in this position, you will need to be creative and work independently with great engaging content in English and Swedish. We value collaboration and cooperation between the team members, therefore this is also a prerequisite of the job.

Working equipment is provided by the company
Referral fee of 1000 EUR if the person gets hired and stays with Nordic Web Team for at least 6 months.





Responsibilities and Duties:


You will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall content strategy based on our specific goals and objectives.
Creating engaging content (text, video & photo) for websites, blog posts and social media.
Market the content through social media, CRM and ads.
Working with partners around co-marketing opportunities.
Manage and develop our social media presence, mainly Linkedin.



Requirements and Qualifications:


Working proficiency in English and Swedish is a must
Great storyteller with a propensity towards technology while following our workflow for the project assigned
Be autonomous with minimal supervision
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
CMS & CRM systems (As a user)
2 years of experience in producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (Linkedin, blog,, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Past experience building audiences either online or offline
In-depth knowledge of the HubSpot Content Optimization System
Experience in producing smart CTAs according to the visitor lifecycle stage
Good time-management skills
Ability to multitask
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Critical-thinker and problem-solver
