Your New Role
We are looking for a Content Moderator / Community Manager to join a creative and fast-growing creators program within the gaming industry. In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring high-quality user-generated content while supporting and engaging with a passionate global creator community.
As a Content Moderator, you will primarily review and validate new and updated map submissions, ensuring they meet established guidelines, best practices, and quality standards. You will test map functionality, explore edge cases, and provide constructive feedback to help creators refine and improve their work. Beyond moderation, you will play an important role in building strong relationships within the creator community through daily communication channels and regular live meetings.
You will also help facilitate content releases, act as a go-to person for questions related to the program and submissions, and contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and professional community environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Deep understanding of Minecraft, its features, and gameplay loops
Experience in community management and daily engagement with creators
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to review, test, and validate user-generated content
Desirable experience: quality assurance or software testing, as well as a background or strong understanding of game and/or level design.
Personal qualities: you are communicative, structured, quality-focused, and enjoy collaborating with creative communities.
