Content Production Manager

At Questback we take all things content seriously. No matter if it’s blog posts, FAQs or website copy we always strive for a high level of quality and see our content as a core part of our customer offering. We strive to be as local as possible by offering our content in several languages and with a good amount of cultural adaptation between markets.
Our content ranges from inspiring stories, educational material and product news to in-product tooltips and documentation. Most of what we do is in text but we add video, images and interactive experiences when we see that it can help to get the message through.
Managing and expanding on this content requires skills in communication, project management, some editorial experience and a lot of energy and passion. We do some content in-house but most of our content production is through freelancers, translators and other external partners. Finding and partnering with the right freelance talent, onboarding and getting this talent up to speed as well as educating them in the world of experience management are daily tasks in this role. Some editorial work is to be expected, but focus is on building a scalable setup of content production and ensuring that we deliver quality content at set deadlines.

Qualifications
Higher education in preferably marketing, journalism or other field relevant to the role
Proven track record of successful project management with larger projects as well as simultaneously managing several projects in parallel
2-4 years of working experience within project management
Experience in online collaboration and project management tools as well as Wordpress CMS
Great english skills as well as fluent in one of Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish

You have a strong feeling for tone of voice and on-brand messaging that cover images and text as well as video
You are structured and organised, always ready to take notes and always with a clear agenda of what you set out to achieve over the day
You have a strong passion in telling stories, seeing compelling content come to live as well as in exploring new tools for project management
You have an entrepreneurial spirit - always pushing forward and exploring new ways of doing things

This position is based in Stockholm, Oslo or Espoo. We have nice and central offices, but work fully remotely at the moment - something we plan to partly keep doing as we are able to start opening up our offices again.
