At Jefferson Wells we are now looking for a Consultant coordinator for our client in Gothenburg. In this assignment you will work as the link between hiring managers, external suppliers and to some extent also the consultants. You support and develop the programs and processes for intake of new consultants from suppliers. Welcome with your application

About the job

As a consultant coordinator or Contingent Workforce (CW) Specialist, you are the link between the hiring managers, external suppliers and to some extent also the consultants (suppliers and contractors). You support the process and program improvements and your are the go-to expert on all Contingent Labor-related topics, for ad-hoc questions and exception cases.

* You are a key expert in ensuring a compliant CW hiring process.
* You will build relationships with client internal stakeholders (hiring managers, procurement, legal, HR, etc.).
* Share ideas and experiences with our internal team so we can grow our knowledge both personally and as a business.
* You can ensure manager satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.

You will become a member of the global Functional Procurement team with colleagues in all our key countries, The Netherlands, US and Sweden. Key relationships will be with all hiring managers and the outsourced CW service providers. Also you will join forces with local procurement team members, HR and Finance.

In an average week you:

* Have progress meetings on open job requests and extensions with the service providers
* Create and negotiate CW hiring contracts
* Optimize CW hiring contract templates
* Work on continuous CW process and tooling optimization, internally and with the suppliers
* Update internal communications on CW processes
* Train new hiring managers in local CW processes
* Manage invoicing exceptions between suppliers and finance
* Create reports and dashboards for CW assignment statuses and CW spend

The skills you should bring to be successful are:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Relationship builder
* CW or recruitment tools (Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS))
* Flexible initiator
* CW hiring processes, alternatively recruitment processes
* CW contracting and an eye for details
* Data analytics (and Excel)
* Good communication, both written and verbal
* English, and preferably Dutch or Swedish

The role will be based in Amsterdam or Gothenburg, for preferably 5, else 4 days a week, with limited hybrid working.
