Continuous Improvement Specialist

INCELL International is a fast-growing technology company that develops, manufactures and sells smart and sustainable lithium batteries for the telecom industry. About the position
To succeed at Incell, a multicultural company with high growth targets, you need to thrive in a fast-moving environment. This new role at Incell works closely with many colleagues within the Incell group and will own and manage the continuous improvement process.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, increase the handling speed and drive closure of 8Ds (customer claims, internal non-conformities, internal/external and ISO audit findings)
Support colleagues at all Incell group sites in problem solving including all steps in 8Ds
Aggregate and report progress on overall performance of 8D process
Provide leadership and guidance throughout the Incell group for tools, methods and ways of working to solve problems and continuously improve
Ensure that personnel from concerned units receive appropriate training or coaching in quality tools and methods
Provide appropriate support to department managers in maintaining implementation of the continuous-improvement initiatives within their respective areas
Assist at external audits from both customer and certification bodies at all sites
Follow-up and drive closure of external and internal audit findings together with colleagues throughout the Incell group

Qualifications and experience:
A university degree in engineering
Solid track record of successful leading cross-functional teams in continuous improvements methodologies techniques
Solid experience in developing, implementing, supporting quality tools such as 8D, A3, Ishikawa, PDCA, 5Why
In addition to above quality tools, proficiency in Lean methodologies such as Visual Management, Puls Management and 5S
Working experience from manufacturing site(s)
Trained auditor in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Proficiency in Excell
Written and verbal fluency in English required
