Purchase to Pay Finance Delivery Expert – Global Online Experience

Our aim is clear – to provide customers with modern, flexible and hassle-free ways to own a car, whether through a Care by Volvo subscription, lease, loan or cash. Your mission
As Global Online Business grows with more markets and products, we need to strengthen the team with a Contract Management Delivery Expert. Your task is to ensure that the operational teams that manage contract management with our customers have processes in place and get the support they need. You will become a superuser of the systems and an expert in the processes and solve the most complex cases. Hence, your mission is that the contract management operations run smooth and efficient with as few errors as possible. 
You will be in the middle of everything and daily talk with many stakeholders and teams. One day you could be mapping future processes with our Commercial team and the Product Owner for Contract Management. The next day you might do training of new system functionality for one of our markets. The third day you might be stuck in crunching errors in our contract management system. You need to like a role with variety and many interactions as well as be good at details and systems. 

Other tasks include: 
•    Drive improvement projects and support new implementations 
•    Provide input to the Contract Management roadmap and development
•    Set requirements towards IT for development and perform testing/UAT

We are looking for people who:
•    Take accountability, both for their own direct area of responsibility, and the success of the team
•    Dare being bold, in a thought through way, with integrity, and curiosity as guiding stars
•    Focus on customers

 To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
•    Worked with operational processes in an international firm for at least 3 years
•    Experience from setting requirements on IT development
•    Practical experience in finance/ERP systems, preferable S4Hana and Miles
•    Experience from working in projects, designing/improving processes and change management
•    Fluent in English
•    Higher education within finance or engineering
