Contract Manufacturing Manager

We’re looking for a Contract Manufacturing Manager to help improve outcomes for healthcare professionals and their patients.
The role:
The position is a temporary junior contract manufacturing manager.
Reporting directly to the Contract Manufacturing Director you will work as part of a small team to establish a consistent high-quality supply chain that ensures that the supply of purchased products are superior compared to our competitors, in line with Molnlycke Health Care's demand and are recognised as world class.
Key Responsibilities:
· Negotiate and establish Frame Agreements and Quality Agreement (MD) to ensure the formal aspects of the supplier relations.
· Perform Supplier Evaluation Reporting with new and present suppliers to ensure the right competence level of suppliers.
· Perform Benchmarking of own production and present Purchased Products to ensure that we always have the lowest market costs within defined quality.
· Develop and work closely with the key suppliers and establish long-term contracts to ensure secure supply.
· Perform cost savings activities with present suppliers to ensure lowest market cost.
· Identify new supply markets and long-term trends in order to be able to develop, test and launch new products and exploit opportunities.
· Co-operate with the lead buyers to ensure that we have the latest information of prices, price trends and cost driver information
· Work cross functionally with business units including quality, regulatory affairs and finance.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Demonstrable contract and commercial negotiation experience
· Relevant purchasing and supply chain knowledge
· Proven experience working with manufacturing and technical department
· Analytical and strategic mindset
· Fluent English written and spoken
· Previous exposure to Med Device or Pharma industry
