Arbetsbeskrivning Project controlling is the financial support and controlling function for customer projects.Project controller is a member of the project teams and attends the Project Status Report Meetings, where the project manager reports the financial forecast to Head of Project and Project Controller.Project controller prepares the financial summary project reports from this meeting to the management and the Group Project Controller.The controller should analyse project processes/profitability and identify and suggest improvements in these fields.Analysis of: ?Delivery precision ?Profitability and cost calculation ?Deviation actual and budgeted costs Member of project teams Cash-flow Reporting to national bank Forecasting of future cash-flows according to group standards incl.hedging etc ?Project cash flow forecasts ?Weekly cash flow reports (6 weeks forecast) ?Quarterly cash flow forecast (12 month forecast) Hedging Manage hedging of incoming and outgoing payments in foreign currencies according to Group instruction Taxes Responsible for VAT and other taxes in foreign countries within customer projects Follow-up Analysis and cost follow up of customer projects Finance department Area of responsibility ?Backlog ?Work in progress ?Percentage of Completion ?Accrued project income and accrued project cost ?Monthly warranty provision - booking and specification.?Invoices to customers Sales controlling The controller should analyse sales processes/profitability and identify and suggest improvements in these fields.Analysis of: ?Customer profitability ?Market segment profitability ?Cost follow up ?KPIs Administrative systems The controller is responsible for the development of the project controlling systems to support the projects, to support process improvements throughout the project workflow.The controller should understand the processes to be able to suggest and implement improvements in working procedures using IT-tools.Constantly work with improvements of procedures within the area of project workflow and sales.The controller is also the company's super user of the Business System (BS).The controller shall have the knowledge of the total structure of the integrated BS AUTHORITY ?Authority according to authorisation instructions.?Responsible for monitoring and analysing profitability in customer projects and authorized to suggest improvements in a specific project but also in the over all project work flow ?Authorized to suggest improvements in the work flow from order to delivery.Vem är du?Vi söker en person som trivs i konsultrollen, är engagerad, vill arbeta affärsorienterat och har en stark vilja att hjälpa våra kunder.Du är utbildad civilekonom och har minst 5 års arbetslivserfarenhet.Vi ser gärna att du har jobbat i ett större affärssystem t ex SAP eller Movex Vad kan vi erbjuda dig?Du kommer att arbeta tillsammans med mycket trevliga och erfarna kolleger innanför Manpower Professional, där vi tillsammans hjälper våra kunder att nå sina mål.Genom varierande uppdrag får du också mycket erfarenhet på kort tid
