Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Who we are
UAC Business Control is a group of 7 employees within UA Finance & Business Control, Industrial operations supporting Industrial Operations but also Production and Logistics.

Financial reporting, consolidation and analysis of production costs are key elements together with calculation vehicles, investments, and delivery values including mark-up, KPIs and IT projects. UAC is also coordinating principles, processes and systems for all of Scania’s production units. The final results of all effort put in are top-of-the-line analyses presented for Corporate Control and Production and Logistics management teams.

We are now in search of a successor to one of our Controllers who is heading for new challenges within the company.

What will you do
Scania’s financial model includes internal transfer pricing of the produced vehicles and components in the industrial system which creates strategic steering effects for Sales & Marketing. The transfer pricing is based on a price list of production costs, material costs and overhead costs, which together with markup creates the base cost. In this position, you will further develop the principles for delivery values and markup in collaboration with Head Controllers within Industrial Operations and Sales & Marketing.

Main tasks include:


• Book closings and analysis of outcome
• Coordinate and analyse price updates in product introductions
• Coordinate and analyse yearly updates of delivery values and mark-up
• Super-user responsibilities for Calsium (transfer price system)
• Drive and implement improvements
• Take part in projects concerning transfer pricing and other projects
• Support Production, Logistics, R&D, S&M and Industrial Operations management and departments with ad-hoc questions

Your profile
You have an academic degree in Finance/Business and/or Industrial Engineering. Work experience within Finance/Business or Industrial Engineering is an advantage but not required. Knowledge of Scania’s product structure is meritorious.

You are independent, structured and analytical. You enjoy being an expert and to investigate matters when needed. In this role you will be in contact with many other functions and finance professionals, therefore communication skills and collaborative skills will be important in order for you to succeed in this role.
