Controller

We are looking for a Controller to be located in Ställdalen, he / she shall

- Ensure cost center accounting and standard costs are accurate
- Ensure inventories (count and valuation) are accurate
- Support plant organization for more cost effective operations
- Help Business Area in profitability analysis
- Ensure correctness of periodic accruals
- Ensure local compliance in terms of statutory accounts
- Ensure local compliance in terms of other local legislation
- Act as Primary financial contact for external and internal stakeholders for
local compliancy


Main Responsibilities:

- To provide timely detailed production variance analysis
- To provide product cost calculations for purchased or manufactured
products as needed
- To forecast plant result according to croup processes and rules (commercial
and operations)
- To support working management (inventories, Accounts payables, Accounts
receivables)
- To provide investment analysis, including actual pay-back of closed projects
- To identify cost savings opportunities
- To support continuous improvement programs
- To analyse and report the total result of the plant
- To support the plant management
- Monthly/Quarterly reporting
- To assure that the statutory reporting is done according to the existing rules
- To be the contact person for the legal issues of the respective country
- Responsible of the local Treasury issues
- Key contact to local auditors
- Responsible for local tax audits involving immediately, also Group Tax
Manager

- Fr o m 5 to 10 years of experience as Plant Controller in manufacturing field
- Knowledge of IT systems (SAP, HFM, Orderplan), Operations processes
(Lean, Cost trackers, KPI) and standard cost
- Knowledge of BW (Business Warehouse), report generator to SAP/OP and
Optirep, report generator to OP/Carelmill/Carellab
- Knowledge in the consolidated financial statements and International
Financial Reporting standards
- High level of initiative and independence in managing responsibilities
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
- Master?s degree in relevant field
- Good English in speaking and writing
