As Symetris controller, you will play a key role in developing robust processes and ensuring accurate reporting for our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of data quality, reporting, and process improvement in a dynamic environment where your expertise will make a tangible impact.
As our Controller, your main responsibilities will include: Ensuring data quality by analyzing and processing large datasets from various sources.
Developing workflows, processes, and routines to ensure smooth operations and full revenue recognition.
Lead and order the development of the BI function
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide an overview and insights into key performance indicators and financial data.
Identifying opportunities for improvement in reporting systems and driving automation initiatives.
Taking a active role in establishing effective work methods and supporting the team in implementing new processes.
Analyze and process large datasets from various sources
Qualifications and Personal Traits:
We are looking for someone who is proactive and enjoys working collaboratively with others. You are analytical and structured, but also flexible when needed. You thrive in developing processes and workflows and take pride in finding solutions to improve systems. Your ability to work independently while supporting your colleagues will be key to your success in this role.

Location:
We are primarily looking for a person for our office in Gothenburg, Lund, Borlänge or Stockholm. This is a hybrid position.
