As marketers, we place the consumer at the heart of everything. More than ever today, consumers are in the driver’s seat, it is crucial to understand their shopping journeys to provide them with the information they need, where they look for it and when they want it.
The European Conversion Marketing team is looking for a Growth Manager. As our growth hacker you will optimize our shopper journeys and ways of working with the goal to create conversion growth. You will analyse journey funnels, find, test and evaluate different conversion growth hypothesis, run performance reports and different root cause analysis. In addition to acting as a source of early warning of funnel issues/opportunities, you will lead the work to analyse data from multiple sources and track the various PIs and KPIs of the team.
You'll need to be great with data analysis, multivariate and A/B testing, have good communication skills and a thorough understanding of how conversion work and where opportunities lie. The right person is a data aficionado and insights driven, has a growth and optimization mindset, a strong digital marketing and sales acumen and is passionate about delivering both consumer centric experiences across conversion touchpoints.
You will also work closely together with the extended marketing team and sales teams both on a European and country level.
Your main tasks:
· Continuous Optimization Analyse consumer behaviour at various touchpoints and through various data sources, identify behaviour patterns and develop improvement hypothesis. Test & execute ideas, initiatives throughout the entire conversion journey in order to create growth also for future acquisition and loyalty. Use insights derived from data to help prioritise experimentation & development through collaboration with touchpoint owners (for example E-commerce, Marketplaces such as Amazon, Rating & Reviews and other Acquisition and Loyalty touchpoints).
· Funnel Monitoring: Analyse the key attention points within the consumer funnel to support optimization for various journeys within the path to purchase. Understand consumer engagement via data analysis and provide insights, that affect key conversion touchpoints in the sales funnel, and exploit those insights. Continuously monitor, follow up and report KPIs for the funnel, holistically.
· Cluster Coaching: Guide & coach the markets, across Europe, in consuming performance data and monitor their local performance. Engage with clusters and provide reporting service to our markets across the various funnels. You are a wizard in visualizing complex data to engage different stakeholders.


Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, information systems or another quantitative field and around 3-5 years relevant work experience.
· Extensive experience of data analysis & growth hacking, ie constantly measuring and coming up with new marketing activities to increase conversion.
· Demonstrated technical expertise in SQL and data-mining techniques, power BI, etc
· Advanced excel skills and impeccable attention to detail
· Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics land optimization tools such as SimilarWeb
· Strong stakeholder management experience, and ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
