The internet has vastly improved the lives of billions across the world. Yet a large portion of the internet still remains inaccessible to individuals with various forms of disabilities, preventing them from using various services on the internet as they were designed to.
Here at Zyrox, we want to change that and we're on a mission to make the web more accessible for everyone. Through our suite of products, we aim to not only fix common accessibility issues that plague current websites, but also prevent such issues from ever arising.
Zyrox is not only backed by founders and advisors who have decades of experience in the accessibility space. In fact, one of our advisors is helping draft the EU regulations on accessibility.
We’re currently hiring rockstars who can bring our mission to fruition and make the internet a better place for all.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a COO who will partner up with our CEO and existing advisory team to build Zyrox from the ground up. We’re looking for someone who is ambitious and talented and would both work well with and complement the skill sets of our CEO. This is an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of web accessibility, and change how websites are built and designed.


So what are you going to be doing?


As the COO you will be working directly with the CEO, advisors and the board of directors regularly. In addition, you will also:


Design, implement and execute different business strategies, plans and procedures
Plan and set comprehensive objectives and key results (OKRs) to aid performance and growth
Set up policies and procedures that promotes the company culture
Assist the CEO in all matters that pertain to fundraising
Oversee all of the daily operations of the company
Manage the hiring process and hire the first employees
Lead employees in executing the mission and vision of the company
Assist in the product design and development
Write and submit reports to the CEO and board of directors on a regular and adhoc basis
Manage relationships with different vendors

Understand different business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing etcetera
Demonstrate understanding of different technologies in building cloud based products
Have worked in a startup environment before
