Cook for Indian Restaurant

We are an Indian restaurant located in Stockholm region. Currently we are looking for a cook who is familiar with Indian cuisine and takes cooking as a passion.
We are looking for the following qualities in our new colleague:
Has a good knowledge of Indian cuisine.
Has good idea about using Indian spices which are vital for cooking food, hence can explain to customers about cooking method if inquired.
Focused on food related hygiene.
Can handle pressure in the kitchen when there are a lot of orders.
Friendly to work with other colleagues in the restaurant.
Ready to take responsibilities when needed.
Enjoys serving customers with care.
