MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

This is a 6-month consultancy opportunity starting ASAP and located in Stockholm.

Description:   In this role you would be working with several projects of administrative character, being in charge of delivery for the specific deadlines. The role means working a lot within Excel, as well as coordinating/researching with different stakeholders within the organization.

 

About the Role: You will be working with a range of different tasks. Since it’s difficult to estimate how time consuming these projects will be, a few of them will be prioritized and the others will be done if there’s time. You will of course get a proper introduction for the tasks required in each of the projects, but it’s of great importance here to be a quick learner as you’ll be handling a wide variety of different tasks with deadlines.

Here is a quick summary of a few of the projects:

E-content - leading the relationship with Business Support for the process of content and images.
Supervising the process between brief and final delivery – making sure for example logos, packshots and translations are correct.
Sales conference planning – excitement materials (t-shirts, notebooks etc.) & logistics (samples etc.)
Setting up Purchase Orders, Good Receipts, following up on invoices etc.
Different Ad hoc requests.
 

Qualifications:   

You’re fluent in English.
You’re comfortable working with Microsoft Office – especially Excel.
You have experience using SAP.
You’re very organized & have an eye for details.
Clear understanding & delivery on deadlines.
Ability to follow through & get things done.
You’re a fast learner.
You’re independent in your way of working and you like to be challenged.
You’re resilient and don’t give up. You take ownership for your work.
Having an analytical mindset is a plus.
