Copy Lead
As Copy Lead at Lynk & Co, you are the guardian of the brand voice across every touchpoint. You will craft sharp, on-brand English master copy across all channels, develop creative concepts for campaigns, and manage translation workflows that bring the voice to life across 10 European markets. This role combines exceptional craft with strategic thinking, ensuring copy outputs are both creatively inspiring and operationally scalable.
The position is a temporary assignment with a duration of 12 months.
What you'll do

Write and deliver English master copy across all channels, including campaigns, CRM, web, social, retail, and B2B communications


Define, document, and evolve the brand’s tone of voice; maintain and update guidelines via the Brand Portal


Ensure a consistent tone and messaging across all creative, product, customer, and corporate communications


Develop creative concepts for central campaigns, local activations, and internal initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders


Oversee the quality of all copy outputs by reviewing, refining, and mentoring internal teams and external partners


Manage and optimize translation workflows with external vendors across 10 European markets


Drive efficient copy workflows, including briefing, review cycles, and cross-market coordination


Lead training sessions and create best-practice toolkits to empower teams to write on-brand


What you should have

Extensive copywriting experience gained in-house at a brand and/or within a creative agency


A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and strong conceptual thinking across multiple channels


Proven ability to define, protect, and scale a brand tone of voice


Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously


Confidence to challenge stakeholders when brand consistency is at risk


Fluent English copywriting skills
