Copywriter

We are looking for a Copywriter to take on the responsibility for developing written corporate communication within Getinge Group.

The position
The purpose of the role is to take ownership of creating content with the right tone of voice to both internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to improving the quality of our internal and external communications.. As a copywriter within Getinge Group you will also ensure alignment of messaging across the organisation.

Some of your key tasks will be:
• Ensure alignment with Business Areas to develop integrated corporate communication
• Understand the tone of voice of our brand and transferring that into written work
• Create content for all corporate communication channels (internal and external); Annual report, Internal news, Corporate press releases, Internal Magazine and Getinge Group web page
• Develop regular internal stories around new Group strategy and its execution, as well as general feel good stories
• Support other functions within Getinge Group with development of key messages and credible stories
• Work as publisher and proof reader
• In cooperation with the Communications team continuously improve and ensure timely and accurate communication.

The position is based at Getinge Group headquarters in Gothenburg. You will report to the Head of Getinge Group Communications and will be part of the Group Communications Team.
Travel is estimated to 10 % and preferred start date is as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate:
As ideal for the position you have an Academic degree or equivalent - preferably in the area of communication. Getinge knowledge and/or experience from the healthcare industry are beneficial. Additionally, some of your key characteristics include:

• Solid competence in and proven experience from working as a copywriter or similar in a global environment
• Experience and ability to work in teams, cross functionally within an organization
• Business acumen and understanding of business context to create appropriate communication
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both in written and spoken
• Strong proof reading and writing skills

As a person you are results-driven and a self-starter with a great ability to work independently as well as in teams. You are open-minded and innovative with a high level of energy and motivation. Further, you have a great ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment and have attention to details.
