Core CS/PS Engineer

We are now looking for a Core CS/PS (second line maintenance) with deep experience within Nokia in order to manage the in-depth specified technical support at a Network Operation Centre.PURPOSE OF THE JOB Manage the in-depth specified high level technical support for the Network Operation Centre, regarding MSC and related interfaces.KEY RESPONIBILITY AREAS - Correct difficult technical area faults and performance degradations in the managed network - Working as project manager for software upgrades - Responsible to involve the development and implementation of operations and maintenance processes - Responsible to involve the development of operations subcontractors on-the job training SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE - Analytical and conceptual thinking - Collaboration skills - Customer service orientation - Integrity and credibility - Planning and organizing skills - Problem solving skills EXPERIENCE - High level experience in Nokia 2G and 3G equipment - Experience in REL.4 Core Networks - Experience in operating telecommunication networks - Experience in team building - Good experience in communicating with different groups/teams
