3GNS is a mobile system consulting company with main focus on the 3G system.A growing telecom market brings along the opportunity to work at 3GNS with developing services both in Sweden and in several other countries. We are looking for a Core CS/PS (second line maintenance) with deep experience within Nokia in order to manage the in-depth specified technical support at a Network Operation Centre.PURPOSE OF THE JOB Manage the in-depth specified high level technical support for the Network Operation Centre, regarding MSC and related interfaces.KEY RESPONIBILITY AREAS - Correct difficult technical area faults and performance degradations in the managed network - Working as project manager for software upgrades - Responsible to involve the development and implementation of operations and maintenance processes - Responsible to involve the development of operations subcontractors on-the job training SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE - Analytical and conceptual thinking - Collaboration skills - Customer service orientation - Integrity and credibility - Planning and organizing skills - Problem solving skills EXPERIENCE - High level experience in Nokia 2G and 3G equipment - Experience in REL.4 Core Networks - Experience in operating telecommunication networks - Experience in team building - Good experience in communicating with different groups/teams
