Assignment Description
We are seeking a Cost Reduction Program Manager & Portfolio Management Lead
What You Will Work On
Lead and coordinate the organization’s cost reduction program
Define cost-saving targets together with leadership teams
Monitor and follow up cost reduction initiatives and business outcomes
Collaborate with business functions to identify new cost-saving opportunities
Support project managers and business leaders in developing business cases
Perform financial calculations and savings assessments
Evaluate improvement initiatives from a financial and operational perspective
Prepare management reports and executive presentations
Present program status and performance updates to leadership teams
Ensure savings and project data are accurately maintained in portfolio management systems
Support governance and tracking of improvement initiatives
Drive portfolio management activities across business development projects
Monitor project benefits realization and value creation
Consolidate and analyze performance information from multiple stakeholders
Support decision-making through structured reporting and analysis
Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

What You Bring
Experience in program management, portfolio management, PMO, or business transformation environments
Experience driving cost reduction or operational improvement initiatives
Strong analytical and financial assessment skills
Experience developing and evaluating business cases
Strong stakeholder management capabilities
Experience supporting senior leadership and management teams
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent presentation and communication skills
