Salt Specialties provides high quality products for many different applications. The most well-known brands are: Jozo®, Nezo®, KNZ®, Sanal®, Suprasel®, Broxo® en Broxomatic®. These brands are being produced in Mariager (Denmark) and in Hengelo (The Netherlands) and the head office is established in Amersfoort. Salt Specialties produces a wide variety of different grain sizes for specialized brands such as Jozo, Suprasel and Broxo which customers can choose.

Responsibilities

We have an immediate opening for an individual who can fulfil the role as Customer Service Representative (CSO) in Gothenburg.

The Customer Service is located in Gothenburg, Hengelo and Mariager, and is serving Salt Specialties Europe. The desk in Gothenburg mainly the Nordic countries.

As a CSO you will be the link between the customers and supply chain processes regarding sales order fulfilment.

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

Receive and enter customer orders into the ERP (SAP) system, accurate and on time.
Send invoices and check customer?s invoice?s before dispatch to the customer.
Contact plant supply coordinators, customers and sales when problems related to orders occur.
Contact the customers to receive their short term demand.
Manually book the transports

Education within Economy and /or Logistics or corresponding experience/competence.
Have good knowledge of transporters
High social competence and ability to build long term relationship.
Good knowledge in English (both written and spoken).
Process understanding of ERP system (SAP).
Skills in MS Office package.
Knowledge about payment and

To be successful in this position you should be used to work in a self-dependent way, but at the same time be a good team player. You are a good communicator both orally and in writing. As a person you are positive, responsible, highly result oriented as well as service minded.
