Appco Direct AB based in Malmö has been trading in Sweden for over 5 years and is The Cobra Groups Swedish Company. We are now looking for a Country Manager, you will be reporting to the General Manager (based in the UK) and you will play a critical role in: . Overseeing and managing all client relationships and client contracts . Overseeing the legalities and compliance for conducting operations in the country. . Ensuring the business is delivering a high standard of customer acquisition. . Managing and constantly improving the entire customer process flow to deliver improved data and data management and deliver cost savings. . Performing general administration to ensure the smooth running of the team. . Supporting and building relationships with out sourced suppliers. . Leading, developing and managing staff as appropriate. . Devising and producing weekly and monthly reporting as required to measure the performance of the campaigns. . Participating in management level strategic planning sessions and actively communicating on all levels of responsibility. The candidate would be expected to have the following skills: . Office experience, including managing client / supplier relationships and managing operations / administration systems. . Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish skills. . Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to lead a team but also work within the team to achieve results. . Good organisational skills . Adaptable to change . Fluent with Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. . Ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines . High level of accuracy on all written or numerical work . Strong project plan skills
