A main goal in EnviroChemie s sales strategy is to build a solid market position in Scandinavia by introducing the whole product portfolio and opening a subsidiary branch in Sweden.[To carry out this task we are looking for a successful engineer with experience in sales of water and/or wastewater treatment technology.[[[The Position[[The Country Manager has the overall responsibility to start up and build the business and organisation in Sweden with great focus on creating sales. You will report directly to the management board in Germany.[Main tasks:[ Implementation of sales strategy for Scandinavia Build up the business and create sales of water and wastewater treatment plants and service products Visit customers, understand their needs and present solutions Manage and organise the office and at the same time focus on the market Achieve growth goals regarding turnover, earnings and market position [Travel within Scandinavia will be a big part of the job.[[[The Candidate[[The successful candidate must have long experience of technical sales to the industry and we expect you to have at least 5 years experience in sales of water and/or wastewater treatment equipment with a proven record of success.[We believe that you are a chemical, process or environmental engineer and a specialisation in water and/or wastewater treatment would be an asset.[Commitment, a strong drive and endurance combined with entrepreneurial skills will be needed to achieve success in this position. Further you must be able to handle business in a strategic way with the holistic view needed for solving complex challenges.[You are a natural team builder and coach and have good communication skills with Swedish as your mother tongue and fluent in English or German. Other Scandinavian languages are an extra asset.
