You will be working for Elan IT as a consultant and you will be situated in Södertälje.Purpose of Country Training Manager To organise the country training with regards to both system and process to ensure that the business changes resulting are reflected in the training delivery.The Country Training Manager will apply the global training approach locally and work with the global team to align training efforts across the programme.Accountabilities Defining a Local Training Plan, including deliverables, supporting activities and timelines.Building leadership resolve to ensure that the country project has effective training leadership, by identifying and applying the best training practice.Identifying local requirements to address changes to day to day ways of working.Driving the training questions within the project, ensuring that it is included in project plans and people''s responsibilities. Adapt global training material to country specific enhancements and deliver user training.Minimum Experience required -Training management -Proven training experience in a cross-functional environment -Experience from working in a large/complex project is a plus Skills and competencies -Analytical -Writing & Editing materials for e-mail/web/print -Linguistic (apart from English, the Sweden based role is expected to be fluent in Swedish) -Ability to see the big picture and strategic requirements -Focused on delivery and customer Timing and Location The role is expected to start Q1 2006 and end Q4 2006 Applying for this job Please apply for this role by clicking on the link below.
