Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Validation Engineer to support equipment installation and validation activities in a large-scale project environment.
What you will work on:
Execute equipment installation and validation activities including FAT, SAT, IQ, and OQ
Lead qualification and validation of water systems, including IQ/OQ and PQ activities
Prepare, review, and approve validation plans, protocols, and reports
Ensure compliance with quality and validation standards throughout project execution
Collaborate closely with local project teams and international stakeholders
Transfer validation knowledge and best practices to teams at a new site in the US
Support documentation and validation activities in regulated environments

What you bring:
Strong background in validation with solid expertise in CQV
Experience working with equipment installation and qualification processes
Experience with water system validation is an advantage
Familiarity with validation documentation and regulated environments
Experience working in Veeva is a plus
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
Collaborative mindset with ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
Willingness to travel internationally a few times per year
