Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC)
To support their fast growing organization and to improve efficiency, the company has decided to expand their existing EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Financial Shared Service Centers in the Netherlands (Barneveld) and in the UK. The FSSC's will focus on accounting services, billing, accounts payable and credit control.

Key Responsibilities

You will be part of an international team of approximately 11 credit controllers, of which 50% is operating from local European organizations. The other half works from the Barneveld location. You will be responsible for the collection of receivables from an assigned group of European entities. Your primary goal is to actively contribute to our business objectives by ensuring that our customers fulfil payment terms and conditions. You will report directly to the Manager Credit Control of the Financial Shared Service Center.

Responsibilities:
" Actively manage outstanding balance and minimize bad debts
" Co-operate closely with Sales and Customer Support and inform them about clients
" Monitor and judge creditworthiness of clients and prospects with the aim of eliminating risks of non-payment, potential bad debt and reduction of working capital


Requirements

" Administrative business education, i.e. MEAO-BA/BE (Netherlands)
" Minimum of three years experience as a Credit Controller in an international environment
" Result-oriented, pro-active teamplayer
" Fluent in English and in either German, French, Spanish or Italian (verbal and written)
" Extensive knowledge of Excel
