We are looking for a responsible team member, who is well adaptable and ready for professional challenges as CRM consultant in the Swedish branch of 20 employees belonging to an international group providing IT development and consulting services. The position is stand-alone and hands-on, requires capabilities to grow along the business (organic and M&As). The Company’s head office is in Estonia.




The Revenue Science team within our customer helps the clients to improve and predict business outcome by aligning sales and marketing functions, transforming data into intelligence and building efficient processes by using the right technology. Our customer offers a full range of expertise to create impact, from technical specialists within CRM, Marketing Automation, e-commerce and CMS, to experts within lead-to-revenue strategy, data analytics, content strategy and change management.




Key job responsibilities of this position are:


solving marketing and sales related challenges


supporting customer’s clients with their marketing strategies


Sales and marketing KPI and dashboard development


marketing automation


lead generation


CRM and client monetization solutions




Requirements for the candidate are:


5 years in experience in the field of CRM;


Background of IT sector


knowledge in Pardot, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Act-On, SugarCRM and Hubspot


Fluent written and verbal Swedish and English;


Self-motivation, creativity, orientation to business and achievement of targets;


Ability to work independently as well as a team member;


Good communication skills;


Availability to have short term business trips (1 / 1-2 months).


Fluent Swedish and English




Considered as advantages:


A university degree in the field of Economics (or similar)




Working place:Stockholm Center

Start date: as soon as possible
