Polestar is Volvo Cars’ performance company and brand. We are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee the daily operations and development of Polestar’s CRM. You will create and build the Polestar CRM platform and communication. You will be responsible for implementing a new CRM system and ensuring a long-term execution of the overall CRM strategy. The position is an expert role for the development of the CRM concept.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Project responsibility
• Overall CRM strategy
• Responsible for the entire CRM system and communication platform
• Requesting information in the purchase process of a CRM system
• Managing the implementation of the CRM system. Secure maintenance and right support internally.
• Super-user for Polestars internal CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to create best possible outcome and continuously optimise user experience within the role.
• Very close cooperation with the Sales team and Customer Service
• Owning the CRM content for various consumer segments, target groups and communication channels
• Design, build and maintain Polestars high value CRM activities
• Tactical implementation, B2B & B2C; briefing appointed agency
• Measure and report performance of activated activities
• Identify trends and insights, and actively seek and evaluate emerging technologies


Experience, skills and personality

• Experience in project managing CRM systems in a global environment with several internal stake holders
• Proven operational implemenation and maintenance of a CRM project
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing CRM systems
• Ability to see and create the whole loop from internal idea to end customer and back into the company.
• Very good communication skills and ability to motivate colleagues to be a part of the CRM
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
