About the service

We are looking for a person who can build, develop and run our CRM efforts at Doktor.se. The work is in the start-up phase, where we have the necessary technology implemented but not much more. You will build a lot from the ground up regarding user journeys, communication and touch points with the users.

We believe that you have worked as a CRM specialist for 3-5 years and feel that it is time to take the next step. Here you’ll get the chance take greater ownership and responsibility. As a person, you are autonomous, can get started hands on right away and have a good sense of communication with an analytical mindset.

Furthermore, we believe that you are used to working with emails and optimizations, and if you have also worked with an app before, that is a plus. We use Braze as our main system for this type of communication (it is not a requirement that you have worked with Braze before, although of course it makes it easier). Once you have entered the role, you are the hub for user communication, mainly using email. You report to our CMO and will receive support in the work from the entire department and necessary external resources.

Formal Qualifications

- Relevant university or college education
- At least 3 years experience from CRM or similar
- Fluent in Swedish Swedish and professional level of English
