We are looking for people who are passionate about driving brand success through relevant customer journeys. What you’ll do

- Project management; including planning, implementing, documenting, tracking, and analyzing the performance of email marketing journeys, campaigns, experiments, and one-off initiatives such as product updates, surveys, and engagement campaigns

- Stakeholder management; project lead strategic company-wide initiatives that are dependent on the CRM Marketing channel

- Constantly improve and optimize existing journeys using data and A/B testing to ensure messaging, timing, and segmentation are relevant and as impactful as possible

- Being the advocate of our customers by developing a deep understanding of our customer’s needs, challenges, and aspirations as content creators

- OKR (objectives and key results) tracking

- Supporting the CRM marketing manager with various tasks





Who you are

- You master project management. For you, no details go unmissed and you’re highly skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities at once, including stakeholder management

- You have a proven track record of creating, tracking, and analyzing the performance of email marketing journeys

- You see the big picture of how to engage customers all from awareness to acquisition, retention, and reactivation

- You can put yourself in our customers' shoes. Our customers as content creators across the globe are incredibly diverse, and you’ll be tasked with understanding their different needs and pain points

- You strive to improve and optimize the customer experience by challenging existing journeys and planning, executing, and following up on new experiments and A/B tests





We believe that you have the following experience

- 3+ years experience of working within CRM, Marketing Automation, and A/B testing

- Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketing Cloud

- Experience from working in a SaaS company with a subscription-based model is a merit

- Experience from mobile app communication is a merit
