Do you want to take on a central role developing the fast-growing global e-commerce market? As CRM & Sales Analyst at Direct Link in Solna, you will have a key role in growing the global e-commerce delivery business.

The Commercial Function is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Product Management. As CRM & Sales Analyst you will proactively support the Group and regional sales managers with sales analysis and evolve exisiting sales processes and implement new ones. As we we are about to migrate to a new CRM-tool we see the importance of you having at least three years experience in a sales support role and is proficient in at least one CRM tool and an advanced Excel user. You are pivotal in preparing presentation material and compile statistics on weekly and monthly basis to the Group and regional sales heads.

Job duties
Since this role profile is new, we see that you would be highly motivated to proactivly identify opportunities for sales workflow improvements and have the ability to work well independetly in a fast-paced enviroment.
In addition to the sales support role experience we see that you proven analytical skills and order management experience for projects. You have the ability to evaluate and organize data and provide support to accounting, marketing and the commercial departments.
In the role of CRM & Sales Analyst, it is crucial to quickly adhere to different business models and strategies as well as being able to work with decision makers on different levels of the organization.

To be successful in the role you need to be able to deliver with high quality within agreed time frames. You see yourself as an entrepreneurial out-of-the box thinker and you love jumping in-between tasks and working globally on odd hours together with dedicated specialists. You are used to optimize sales efficienct by refining processs and making systematic enhancements and have a broad experience in working with both internal and external data sources.
You speak and write English fluently; are an excellent communicator and you have strong IT knowledge and system skills.
