Truecaller was founded in June 2009 and with our application we have taken the world by storm. Currently we have more than 45 million people doing more than 600 million searches of telephone numbers every month, making Truecaller the world's largest verified mobile phone community!

Truecaller is available on the web and as an app for the iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Symbian S60, Series 40 and Windows Phone.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for:

• Coordination of day-to-day CRM and Sales activities
• Campaigns towards existing customers
• Manage and implementing Communication tools including Notifications, Newsletter, text messages etc.
• Activation of users who have just downloaded the App. Optimize conversion & verification of new users
• Retention & Increasing customer engagement
• Re-activation/Win back campaigns
• Project management
• B2C Monetization
• Coordination of translations


You will be working closely together with our Commercial team; Marketing Manager, Advertising Manager, Community Manager, Customer Support, as well as with our part-time translators. You will report to our CCO.
What we want you to have

• 2+ years of work experience with global digital and mobile products and services
• Proven track record of working with global CRM and Sales, including using newsletters, notifications and text messages
• Excellent coordination and task management skills
• Track record of being an achiever in whatever you take on
• Excellent communication skills in English, in speaking and writing
• Great attention to detail and analytical skills
• Comfortable with working with challenging tasks under tight deadlines
• Loads of energy and ambition
• Swedish work permit
