Job Summary:

Gateretail is operating in the flight and travel industry. As CRM Specialist you are responsible for developing and optimizing our CRM-program, tracking statistics, and analyzing our customers' behavior, needs and potential. You will personally be responsible for our CRM and Marketing Automation strategy, planning and execution. You will maintain and optimize the customer database and create sales-driven campaign activities. This includes idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution. As a CRM & Content specialist, you work independently, you are involved in the entire CRM process, ranging from strategic segment building to analysis and follow-up of completed activities. You are part of the Retail Digital & Marketing Team and report to the Head of Consumer Marketing.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 


• Plan and coordinate email and SMS campaigns.
• Mapping, building, managing, and optimizing customer and prospect database (both print and digital).
• Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
• Applying the CRM strategy and driving engagement, sales, and retention during the customer journey.
• Conduct A/B-testing to ensure ROI, CVR and CTOR.
• Ensure emails and push notifications follow industry policies and best practices.
• Creating user segments and tests for campaigns, journeys and channels to identify the most effective strategies to drive user engagement, increase customer lifetime value and prioritize between multiple campaigns.
• Compose relevant reports and analytics that lead to customer and concept development.
• Analyze the results of our CRM activities to continuously learn and improve as well as to provide actionable insights.
• Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly. across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.

Qualifications

Education: You have a diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Work Experience:


• Experience of shaping and executing a CRM strategy.
• CRM and email marketing work experience (work experience with Symplify software is a plus).
• Worked hands on with marketing automation and have had a similar role in other companies or agencies. 

Technical Skills: Google Analytics, Excel, BI, HTML/CSS.

Other Skills: Management, Basic Programming Skills (Ruled based segmenting), Analytics, Conversion Optimization, Understanding of Mobile first Design, Understanding of the importance of RWD and Mobile first.
