Right now, we are searching for a CRM Specialist, whose skills and experiences make our team unstoppable.

About the position
In this role, you will be responsible for growing our customer base and optimizing the current personalized communication with different touchpoints like personalized automated campaigns, newsletters and SMS.

Key responsibilities:
· Customer data segmentation and improve data structure.
· Build customer segments in our CRM database (voyado) in a structured manner.
· Plan & Execute newsletter campaigns in accordance with Twistshake’s Annual Marketing Communication Calendar.
· Plan, & Execute effectively, automated email& SMS campaigns for lead nurturing.
· Devise and implement RFM segmentation based on customer lifecycle stages and engagement aimed at activating most engaged and valuable customers while preventing churn and opt-outs.
· Help for operational delivery, optimization & reporting of all email campaigns, including performance metrics & ROI.
· Implement and use advanced personalization and segmentation to maximize engagement, conversion and revenue while also driving data capture.
· Analyze campaign performance and test improvements.
· Work with customer insights to bring innovative ideas not only for CRM but also for other stakeholders (like website teams, logistics, customer service, sales teams)

Our wishes
· 2-3+ years experience managing email marketing - preferably within an e-commerce environment.
· Experience of working with CRM databases, email platforms and tracking, measurement, and analytic tools.
· Experienced in the creation and use of customer segmentation for CRM activity.
· Previous experience shaping and implementing successful CRM and Email ideas involving customer life cycles, customer lifetime values, segmentation, content and contact strategies.
· Experience executing CRM campaigns and leveraging data-driven research & analysis to implement strategic direction, best practices, and process improvements.
· Experience building automated, life-cycle email communications.
· Familiarity with HTML and email coding.
· Ability to analyse large volumes of complex, automated campaigns, knowing what to measure and how to infer actionable insights.
· Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and execution.
· Speak Swedish and English fluently.
